🧠 About the Speaker – Sofia Skevofylaka 

Sofia Skevofylaka is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Hatzi Filax Group (www.hatzifilax.com), a company specializing in soft skills development, customer experience training, people development, and HR consulting. Over the past three years, she and her team have received over 10 awards for excellence in corporate training, transforming company cultures and human resources practices. 

Sofia holds a BSc in International Business and Marketing with distinction from the University of Dundee in Scotland, and an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London. After her studies, she made history as the first Greek to serve as President of the University of Dundee Students’ Association, leading a $7 million charity with 350 staff members at the age of 23. 

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Athens College Alumni Association (SAKA) and is Vice President of the Imperial College London Alumni Association in Greece. Sofia is also an international speaker and has been featured in multiple publications, including the Financial Times, Naftemporiki, and more.
